Building a better world for women and girls.
What We Do
Zonta Club of Anchorage, chartered in 1961, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) with a mission to empower women and girls through service and advocacy.
Zonta Club of Anchorage is one of 1,133 clubs in 63 countries of Zonta International founded in 1919.
This is Zonta:
Zonta International envisions a world in which women’s rights are recognized as human rights and every woman is able to achieve her full potential.
In such a world, women have access to all resources and are represented in decision-making positions on an equal basis with men.
In such a world, no woman lives in fear of violence.

- Adolescent Girls’ Health and Protection in Peru

- Let us Learn Madagascar to address education inequality – targeted toward adolescent girls
- A global program to End Child Marriage.
